Resumo:Trata dos direitos dos povos nativos da Guatemala, os quais têm cada vez mais usado os serviços da justiça, seguindo uma tendência ocorrida na América Latina nas décadas de 80 e 90, em funçao de reformas contitucionais que destacaram os direitos coletivos.
